How to Install halevt software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

halevt software package provides generic handler for HAL events, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install halevt

halevt is installed in your system.

Make ensure the halevt package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep halevt *

You will get with halevt package name, version, architecture and description in a table
